These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WOWZ! app and the website app.wowz.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

WOWZ! provides access to a collection of casual games and related features such as stickers, rewards, and in-app items.

2. No Account Required

The Service does not require account registration. Progress and data may be stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or data is cleared.

• All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Google Play or Apple)
• Payments are subject to the platform's terms and conditions
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law

Virtual items (such as gems, stickers, or rewards) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time.
